The apartment is located on the first floor of a restored townhouse.
It is on a quiet street with a nice park facing the Spree river.
Three minutes away from the metro station 'Friedrichstraße'
which is only one station away from 'Berlin Hauptbahnhof'.
It is furnished with high quality vintage and contemporary pieces.
It has 2 bedrooms, 1 livingroom, 1 full equiped kitchen and 1 bathroom with
rainshower and bathtub and a balcony for your comfort.

Living Room / Dining Room
The heart of the apartment has a Calssicon sofa and pouf,
a vintage Berber rug, a sideboard and a floorlamp by Susanne Philippson and a marple coffee table.
The dining area has a Arne Jacobsen table and Eames side chairs which are under a wonderful vintage "Artichoke" lamp by Louis Poulsen. Light art object by Julius Weiland.
Kitchen
This fully equiped kitchen includes a fridge with a freezer,
an electric oven and electric cookingplate, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffeemachine incl. 6 capsules, a toaster, a waterkettle, an assortment of teas, oil & vinegar, salt&pepper, sugar, honey and mineral water.
The countertop and the shelves are made of oak to add a warm touch to a minimalistic design.
Bathroom
This bathroom offers a Kaldewei bathtub and
a separate shower with a Grohe rainshowersystem.
You will find special accessories like trays, toothbrushstands,
bath mat and containers from japanese brand SOIL.
The moisture absorbing material will keep your feet dry
when you step on the bath mat after your shower.
